At 21, I bought a six-month-old salon with absolutely ZERO experience in hair, beauty or running a business. Just a vision, a ridiculous amount of belief and a desire to create somewhere women could feel beautiful, confident and more like themselves.
11 years later, BLO by BLO is a multi-six-figure business, I'm a certified Positive Psychology Coach, and I've learnt that building a successful business and a life you actually love aren't always the same thing.
Because what's the point of creating your dream business if you're too busy to enjoy your dream life?
That's why I created soft CEO.
After years of finding myself in rooms full of incredible women, having conversations that changed what I believed was possible, I wanted to create one myself.
A space where ambitious women can take off their CEO hats (just for a moment!), reconnect with themselves, dream a little bigger and make connections that could change everything.
